Event Schedule & Preparation

Our team ensures every performance is meticulously prepared for maximum impact. 2 hours before the show, our production manager and artists perform sound checks, run rehearsals, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure a flawless presentation.

  • Professional Setup: Production manager-led sound check and rehearsal for optimal audio and visual quality. (Note: Stage, lighting and sound provided by the client.)
  • All-Inclusive Gear: Artists bring instruments including keyboard, uniform, costumes, and soundtrack.
  • On-Site Support: Production manager stays onsite throughout the performance.
